J.W. Moore were situated at 133 Westgate, Bradford. The same road as me! All the reeds look to be original, & in nice clean condition. All notes are sounding as they should, the tuning is good (A=440), but could do with a touch up.
I have had a “PEERLESS” model before, (very similar), & presume this is called a Unique because of the fretwork cut outs in the SIDES of the ends. At first i thought it was just decoration, but the cut outs act like a kind of monitor, the sound also travels to you as you play.
