Made in California, USA. It is designed so that the bottom half remains on the cymbal, saving time when setting up. They are very well engineered, & have a feel of quality you just don’t see these days. I have scanned the info sheet they come with so you can read what the manufacturer has to say. Please note, they will not fit some modern hi hat stands, which may have thicker rods than older stands. The diameter of the hole is 1/4″ (6mm). Total length = 3 3/8″ (85mm). Width = 1″ (25mm).
