Here is a guitar shape mandolin from the 1920’s. It has solid flamed maple back and sides, and a solid spruce top.
There is some wear to the pick guard, and lots of small scratches and dints to the finish. Otherwise it is in very good gondition for its age, there are no cracks or separations. The neck is straight, it has a rosewood fingerboard with no fretwear.
It is a fine player with a very good action.
