The first bar on each row is stamped “ENGLISH MADE G.P.M.” The C bar is stamped C552. According to my internet research, C 552 is equvalent to A = 439. Which is a tiny bit flat of concert pitch. The bars are made of rosewood & i would estimate the age to be around 1900.
