1930’s, maybe earlier. In good condition considering its age & that it sits on the floor with a size 10 thumping it! No cracks in either cymbal, both with a faint stamp “PREMIER TRADE MARK”. I have found a picture of one at
http://www.vintprem.moonfruit.com/ (on the 1930’s page), but it looks to be made of cast metal, while this one has wooden plates. The metal badge on the top footplate states “TRADE – PREMIER – MARK, LONDON ENGLAND”.
